This policy is within the guidelines of the recommended studio policy by MTNA and TMTA

It is strictly enforced and applies to all students and their parents

Tuition

The tuition is non-refundable and varies based on the number of lessons per week and weeks per month. Payment is due before the first lesson of each month, with a late fee of $20 for payment made after that.

Registration/Miscellaneous Fee

A yearly fee of $100 per family is required to reserve a time slot for the upcoming school year and covers various studio expenses. 

​

Absence during School Year    

Makeup lessons are not offered for student absences unless the teacher cancels or the student's school closes. Swapping lessons with other students is possible with teacher notification. 

​

Absence during Summer/Holidays Session  

Lessons continue through the summer/holidays, with credits or makeup lessons available for student absences with 24-hour notice.

Observation of Lessons

Parents are encouraged to attend lessons, but electronic recording or videotaping are for practice reference only and requires teacher consent.  

​

Termination of Lessons

The Studio reserves the right to dismiss a student at any time for inappropriate behavior. The remaining portion of tuition will be refunded. If parents decide to terminate the lesson during the school year, a 30 day notice in advance and the full tuition for the month are required.

​

Parking

Please be courteous and careful about parking and never block the mail boxes and the fire hydrant. Park in front side and east side of the studio are preferred.

Privacy

Parents and students should respect that the Studio is also a private home, with limitation on   activities in the waiting area. 

Adherence to those policies is required upon payment to the Studio,  

indicating agreement with the terms outlined.
